Sulphur

Nourishing Growth in Fertilizer Production

Products > Bulk Commodities > Sulphur

Sulphur is produced as a byproduct of removing sulfur-containing contaminants from natural gas and petroleum. The greatest commercial use of the element is the production of sulfuric acid for sulfate and phosphate fertilizers, and other chemical processes. The principal use for sulfuric acid is the extraction of phosphate ores for the production of fertilizers.

Sulphur is increasingly recognized and used as a component of fertilizers. Biologically produced sulfur particles are naturally hydrophilic and are easier to disperse over the land, resulting in a faster uptake by plants. Sulphur is an essential nutrient for plant growth, root nodule formation of legumes, and immunity and defense systems.

Renelux offers Granular Sulphur, Sulphur Lumps and Sulphur Powder, originated from Greece, and other countries.
